FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Everything you need to know before your first throw.

01 Do I need experience to throw axes?

No experience necessary! Our trained coaches will teach you everything you need to know in just 15 minutes. Most of our guests are first-time throwers.

02 How old do I need to be?

All participants must be 18 years or older with valid government-issued ID. No exceptions.

03 What should I wear?

Wear comfortable, casual clothing and closed-toe shoes (required). Avoid loose jewelry or clothing that might interfere with throwing. We recommend athletic or casual wear.

04 How long is a session?

Standard sessions are typically 1-2 hours, including a 15-minute coaching session. Private events and group bookings can be customized to your needs.

05 Can I bring my own axes?

For safety and insurance reasons, only venue-provided axes are permitted. Our axes are professionally maintained and designed for safe throwing.

06 Is it safe?

Absolutely! Safety is our top priority. All sessions are supervised by trained coaches, throwing lanes have safety cages, and we have strict safety protocols. Injuries are extremely rare.

07 Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Policies vary by location. Many of our venues have food and beverage options available. Please contact your specific location for their policy.

08 Do I need to make a reservation?

Reservations are highly recommended, especially for groups and weekends. Walk-ins are welcome when lanes are available, but availability is not guaranteed.

09 What's the cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee. Please check with your specific location.

10 Can we host private events?

Yes! We specialize in private events including birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette parties, corporate team building, and more. Contact us to discuss your event needs.

11 Is alcohol served?

Some locations may have beer and wine available. However, we maintain strict limits and monitor all participants to ensure safety. Intoxicated guests will not be permitted to throw.

12 What if I hit the target on my first try?

Congratulations! While some people do get lucky on their first throw, most people improve significantly with coaching and practice. Either way, you'll have a blast!
