TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AxeVentures services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

2.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in axe throwing activities at AxeVentures locations. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2.2 Physical Requirements

Participants must:

• Be in good physical and mental health
• Not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Be able to safely handle and throw axes
• Disclose any medical conditions that may affect participation

3. Bookings and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

• All bookings are subject to availability
• You must provide accurate information when making reservations
• A valid payment method is required to confirm bookings
• You will receive confirmation via email at info@axeventures.com

3.2 Payment

• Payment is required at the time of booking
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Prices are subject to change without notice

3.3 Cancellation Policy

• 48+ hours notice: Full refund
• 24-48 hours notice: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours: No refund
• No-shows: No refund

Group bookings (10+ people) may have different cancellation terms. Contact events@axeventures.com for details.

3.4 Rescheduling

You may reschedule your booking up to 24 hours in advance, subject to availability. Rescheduling fees may apply for less than 24 hours notice.

4. Safety Rules and Conduct

4.1 Mandatory Safety Briefing

All participants must:

• Attend the mandatory safety briefing before participating
• Follow all instructions from trained staff
• Comply with all posted safety rules
• Wear closed-toe shoes at all times

4.2 Prohibited Behavior

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• Being under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Reckless or dangerous behavior
• Failure to follow staff instructions
• Crossing safety barriers or throwing lanes
• Handling axes outside designated areas
• Disruptive or threatening behavior toward staff or other guests

4.3 Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any participant who:

• Violates safety rules
• Exhibits dangerous behavior
• Is intoxicated or impaired
• Harasses staff or other guests
• Fails to meet eligibility requirements

No refunds will be issued in these circumstances.

5. Liability and Assumption of Risk

5.1 Inherent Risks

You acknowledge that axe throwing is an inherently dangerous activity that involves risk of injury or death. Risks include but are not limited to:

• Cuts, lacerations, and puncture wounds
• Injuries from flying or ricocheting axes
• Muscle strains and sprains
• Injuries from other participants
• Property damage

5.2 Waiver of Liability

By participating in AxeVentures activities, you:

• Voluntarily assume all risks associated with axe throwing
• Release AxeVentures, its owners, employees, and affiliates from liability
• Waive your right to sue for injuries or damages
• Agree to indemnify AxeVentures against any claims

5.3 Insurance

We maintain liability insurance as required by law, but participants are responsible for their own health and accident insurance.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on axeventureshub.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of AxeVentures and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our trademarks or branding
• Create derivative works based on our content
• Use automated systems to access our website

7. Photography and Media

By participating in AxeVentures activities, you consent to:

• Photography and videography at our venues
• Use of your likeness in promotional materials
• Posting of photos/videos on social media and marketing channels

If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform staff upon arrival.

8. Group Events and Corporate Bookings

8.1 Group Requirements

Groups of 10 or more must:

• Contact events@axeventures.com for booking
• Provide final headcount 48 hours before event
• Pay for minimum number of confirmed participants
• Designate a group leader responsible for coordination

8.2 Custom Events

Custom events, team building activities, and private parties are available. Special terms and pricing apply. Contact us for details.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• AxeVentures is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services
• We are not responsible for third-party actions or venue conditions
• We are not liable for loss or damage to personal property

10. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your information.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where the venue is located, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation
• Mediation if negotiation fails
• Binding arbitration if mediation is unsuccessful

You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AxeVentures regarding use of our services and supersede all prior agreements.
